What you need to know
- Using the Seclore Policy Server Portal, you can take a quick glance at the authorized and unauthorized activities done on your protected design files and the emails through which the files were shared.
- Further, you can search for activities using the filter panel and also look for activities done on a particular file.
- If you notice an unauthorized activity done by a recipient, you can quickly remove the recipient or change their permissions.

Step-by-step
Exporting a design file in an unsupported format will be flagged as an unauthorized unprotect activity, while exporting it in a supported format will be shown as an authorized unprotect activity.
