What you need to know
- While protecting a file, you may have chosen 'Lock file to device on first use'. This feature allows the file to be opened only from the device it's first opened on.
- In this section, we'll see how you can remotely remove this lock. Once the lock is removed, the file can be opened on any supported device by authorized recipients.
