What you need to know

  • If you receive a Seclore protected email and do not have the permissions to view its contents, you can request access to that email from the sender/sharer of the email.
  • This request applies only to the email body and not the attachments. To request access to the protected attachments, download them, and open them as usual to view the Request Access prompt.
  • You must be signed in to Seclore.
